Twenty years ago, the OHADA system was implemented: building a strong and unified Africa while opening the African market to the world. The opening of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration, alongside law firms offering courses in African business law - providing legal aid and offering help in transactional and litigation matters, are further helping to encourage investment and elevate Africa’s place in the global market.

With a vast continent comprising 54 countries and 1.1 billion of the world’s population, Africa offers a wealth of opportunities for both local and international investors.
