Daniela Garcia Belaunde Saldias graduated at law from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and received her master’s at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, specializing in business law.


On July 12th, the Peruvian law firm Rubio Leguía Normand announced the hiring of a new partner to strengthen its energy department – Daniela Garcia Belaunde Saldias

 

Saldias has 15 years of experience in the Peruvian legal market. Prior to joining Rubio Leguía Normand, she worked as a senior associate at Laub & Quijandria Energy Group, leading a multidisciplinary team in the company’s legal department.

 

Moreover, she has worked as a legal coordinator for the Legal Management in the Supervisory Agency for Investment in Energy and Mining, providing regulatory advice on matters within its jurisdiction, while also participating in the preparation of regulatory proposals and regulations for the electricity, liquid hydrocarbons, natural gas and mining departments.
