Mathilde Lattard has joined the firm as a partner in Corporate and Banking & Finance practices.
Specializing in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Financial and Securities Law, Mathilde Lattard has extensive experience in advising international companies, private equity houses and investment banks on cross-border transactions involving buyout type deals, partnerships, joint-ventures, co-investment arrangements and IPOs. In addition, she has also advised the setting up of securitization and trust structures, as well as banking licenses and regulatory provisions.
Lattard has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2003 and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar as attorney-at-law in 2011. Prior to joining OPF Partners, she worked for Elvinger Hoss & Prusse, also in Luxembourg, for almost 10 years.
