Chiomenti Studio Legale to Create New Department Specialized on White Collar Crimes and Business Integrity.

The leading Italian firm Chiomenti wants to diversify their activities creating a new department on White collar crimes and Business integrity. The department consisting of three new high profile law practitioners will operate in close cooperation with specialized firms.

The leading Italian firm Chiomenti wants to diversify their activities creating a new department on White collar crimes and Business integrity. The department consisting of three new high profile law practitioners will operate in close cooperation with specialized firms.


The new team will be conformed of Alain María Bone, Donato Vozza and Benedetta Venturato. Moreover, Francesco D’Alessandro - Professor in criminal law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan- and Stephen Manacorda - professor in criminal Law at the University of Campania - will be participating as counsel of the new department. 

 

The department will fortify the already strong legal team at Chiomenti, one of the strongest italian law firms with a clear international outlook counting more than 280 attorneys and tax advisers working in key cities like Rome, London, New York, Shanghai among others. The firm has represented the Italian government in numerous privatizations and has a strong reputation on premier banking, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets advice.
